Log into Instagram
Open instagram.com in your browser and log in with your credentials.

Export Cookies
Click the Cookie-Editor icon in your browser toolbar, then click Export and select "Export as JSON".

Paste & Import
Paste the copied JSON into the text area on the right and click Import Session.
How it works: Your Instagram session cookies are sent securely over HTTPS to this server. The server uses them to authenticate the scraper. Your password is never shared. Cookies typically last weeks to months before needing refresh.
